Long hours. 4 big sales a year they expect you to work open to close. Flat rate pay can be great but can also suck in the dead season.

No overtime allowed, hiring process is slow and inadequate. People who have NEVER worked behind a counter or under a hood are making the rules. Unattainable budgets result in low to ZERO bonuses. Changing how the bonus plans work SEVERAL times a year is unacceptable and beyond frustrating. Encouraged to apply for promotions only to be turned down for asking for a salary "too high".
