Never have to worry about warranty time, manager will add flatrate time if needed.Weekly pay, decent health, dental, and vision, company match on 401k but you have to contribute 6% and they match half that.

PTO is a flat 8 hours instead of it being based off your avg flat rate time which is usually higher, inconsistent work flow.
