With a large customer base and consistent demand for automotive services, you typically enjoy steady work with regular hours. Firestone provides excellent benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. Offered excellent discounts on automotive services and products.
Cons
They are open every day of the year except for Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. This means you often have to work on weekends and other holidays, which can limit personal time, especially around significant holidays or family events.Firestone uses a staffing model that often results in being understaffed. Many times there were fewer employees on hand than needed to handle the workload efficiently. This resulted in putting extra pressure on the employees who are present to manage a higher volume of work, leading to burnout and frustration.
