Pros
It's fast paced so the day goes by reasonably fast. Ample amount of breaks throughout the day.
Cons
They have you doing the job of scheduling, customer service and warehouse worker, while not paying a living wage. Everyone I work with either lives with parents, or multiple roommates.

-Incosistent company culture from store to store & region.-"Entrepreneurial Spirit" more than likely not a huge plus to the district management team. Contrary to the companies mission statement.-Flawed business strategy. Running relatively small budget, specialty "big box" retail stores the same as the big box hardware stores does not work.

The manager tries to motivate people by threatening to fire them. He has had several supervisors step down and has fired several others. If you like a hostile work environment come work at Floor & Decor in Louisville KY.

Better than Lowe’s and Home Depot but promotion is based on friendship not merit.
