Working for this company comes with significant challenges that directly impact employee well-being, job security, and overall workplace morale. Leadership frequently demonstrates unprofessional and hostile behavior, including yelling, intimidation, and gender-biased treatment, creating an environment where employees do not feel safe or respected. Concerns raised through the proper channels are often ignored, mishandled, or met with retaliation, making it difficult for employees to trust that issues will be addressed fairly.Communication from management lacks transparency and consistency, leading to confusion, frustration, and a sense of instability among staff. Employees are not provided with adequate support, development opportunities, or recognition for their work, which contributes to low morale and high turnover.
