Pros

good pay and great benefits

Cons

bad management no room too grow

Don’t fall for the bull

Pros

HR is not your friend and will not help you.

Cons

Not what you think don’t fall for that.

Why cant they pay the bills?

09/16/2024 - Palm Bay, FL

Pros

You get to meet many different people and cultures. If you have all the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the work you are assigned your day will be smooth. If you have clear communication from your management team you should have a fair and positive work place.

Cons

If your management team isn’t being held accountable by the district or regional manager, you're headed for trouble. Essential bills won't get paid (e.g., garbage services), there will be no appliances for vacant or occupied units (forcing you to constantly shuffle items around), and a lack of supplies for unit turnovers means you'll have to get creative just to meet basic needs. Workloads will pile up, and you'll find yourself on call without the added stipend.I only receive basic overtime pay for being on call—which may sound acceptable until you're on call for weeks at a time, especially if you don’t live on the property or work with aging appliances and HVAC systems. The anxiety from not being able to go anywhere or do anything can become overwhelming. Yes, this is part of the job, but as an employee, you often bear the brunt of it because property owners fail to invest properly in the upkeep and needs of the property.

Employed Since 2016 & Going Strong

07/10/2024 - null

Pros

Excellent Structure and Support Systems. Company culture that aligns with my own values. Very inclusive organization. Great benefits and PTO. Lots of growth opportunity.

Cons

In the past I have seen some discouragement with employees finding balance, but in recent years I have seen a shift in the organization to uplift and recognize employees in more ways than they have in the past.

Great place to work!

Pros

FPI is a workplace that actually lives their culture of H.E.A.R.T. I feel appreciated and supported and I look forward to continue to grow with FPI.

Cons

Working remotely can be challenging.

Great Culture!

07/10/2024 - null

Pros

Great work life balance and culture!

Cons

FPI does not match 401k which is very important for retirement so they should look into that.

Commitment to Quality and Team Success

07/11/2024 - null

Pros

The work environment is positive, offering an excellent work-life balance. The benefits package is comprehensive, and employee recognition and support are unparalleled.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. I've always been a dedicated worker who focuses on the positives. While I don't require much recognition, the support and recognition I've received since joining FPI have been immensely appreciated.

Supportive Company

07/12/2024 - null

Pros

Collaborative team that helps each other out. Many of the corporate employees have worked here for a long time and are really supportive of each other. They try to promote from within if possible which is why so many upper management started off as assistants or leasing consultants.

Cons

The pay could be better, and there is no match for 401ks.

Great place to work

07/12/2024 - null

Pros

Management listens to your concerns, makes changes if needed Every team member is celebrated for their own strengths Everyone is always willing to helpAlways feel supported

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Wonderful place to work.

Ok

07/15/2024 - null

Pros

Great training and opportunity for advancement. Very professional and upclass atmosphere. With easy to go by guidelines and data tools.

Cons

Unless you are close with the inner circle you will see bias decisions and two sets of rules. Not a lot of diversity making it difficult for a new person to come in and be successful in your roll. Has had a rep to not treat ethnic minorities and veterans equally.
