FPI Management Reviews

Horrible Onboarding/Training

01/22/2026 - Rocklin, CA

Pros

Worked in a decent office space

Cons

The training was an afterthought for management. It was ran by a ill-equipped trainer who had 4 out of 8 people quit before training was done. The transition was not managed well at all either as I didn't receive necessary documents to complete the most basic tasks and inquiries.

Just turn around and walk

01/30/2026 - Melbourne Village, Brevard, FL

Pros

The only pro to this company is that they merged companies however, they merged with another crappy company soooo... let the employees speak, they are miserable!

Cons

Everything. The culture is mean, undermining, and honestly everyone they have in management is incompetent and frankly stupid. They consistently talk but the company never upholds what they say.

Worst employer I've ever had

01/19/2026 - Modesto, CA

Pros

Paid vacation and sick time

Cons

No help from upper management. Sites are not ran in a uniform manner. Pay is low. Work load is high

I wish I never took the job

01/08/2026 - Folsom, CA

Pros

The only positive thing I can think of is that although below market, you do receive a paycheck.

Cons

Excessive turnover to an extent I have never encountered before.

Good company

12/05/2025 - Santa Ana, CA

Pros

We receive majority of the holidays off that some companies do not allow people off Juneteenth, for example

Cons

They are a management company so if the owners decide to change companies, you will not work for Fpi anymore or you have to apply for an open position with Fpi

Not bad starting

Pros

Cons

Fun

03/23/2025 - Reno, NV

Pros

Monthly bonus, from $40-$150 usually, pretty fun, our bosses like to celebrate milestones getting things done and show alot of appreciation, everyone is really respectful and overall I just really like working here.

Cons

Sometimes other employees will get better treatment than others, generally from a kissing, there's alot of "cant do" attitude from guys who have been here awhile, they would rather make the new guy feel stupid for asking questions or claim the company doesn't pay them to train people instead of just showing someone the ropes and being happy about it. To be fair with our new supervisor this has gotten much better.

No room for growth
