They take pride in providing their staff with the education and skills needed to properly function in their role.
Cons
Very stressful environment, you never can relax in your role. You may meet the current expectations but they change overnight or based on who your superior is today and how they feel.

Staffing levels can sometimes fluctuate because of students graduating.
Missing alignment with the global directives, at the local regional level.

Company and its products are great. The Chairperson and CEO are great too. The vibes and collaborations at the global HQ level are amazing.

However, all the above isn't the same at the regional level. Some leaders at the regional level just may not be as supportive or resistance to changes. Hence, the spirit, the vibes, the collaborations are not the same. HQ is too far, there are just some countries, which they have not visited or touch base.

Amazing work/life balance. You have the flexibility to work from home a lot and it seems like there are no deadlines to complete any projects so it's pretty stress free. People get to sleep in their cars and walk around talking to each other for half the day. Meetings are really laid back and the building is a ghost town by 430pm.
