Lack of proper communication. The ad I responded to and applied for stated they were seeking someone to work 5 AM to 1:30PM, after I was hired my coworker became abusive because this was his shift and I was unable to work thar shift. I had to quit my 2nd job and re-arrange my personal life to keep this job because I needed the health insurance

First of all-the positive reviews are false. The people were and are bribed.In this position, expect Constant disrespect from directors and senior MSMs. Well under paid. This position is severely Micromanaged. Stressful from being pressured, cussed at by directors and agents. It’s like working at a prison and the inmates are always right while the directors takes their side. This abuse is then reinforced by the inept uneducated unqualified human resource department. You are the enemy #1 in this position. Psychological warfare 24/7. Facts do not matter-opinions do in this position. Investigations are one sided and guilt is already decided that you in this position are at fault. How someone feels is going to dictate whether you’re still employed. Don’t forget-everyone on the vas team are back stabbers and liars. Trust no one. Males are favored over females.

Salary isn’t worth the amount of time put into working, HR wasn’t very helpful, in the state of Indiana you can get let go for any reason without an explanation, I was given one reason on to why I was let go but I think they were just looking for a reason (my attitude toward management wasn’t the best and it was known)
