the only problem is that sometimes the organzation needs to make decisions that are not under their control due to uncontrollable factors that can hurt the employee

Do not join! They told me during interview the rooms to clean where only max 16. Lies, ended up doing slavery work for over 22+ rooms. Toxic management, will yell at you and all the girls working there gang up on you. Trolleys never done, sheets dirty, slavery work. Everyone is highly jealous and will report on any mistake you do, even in locker room (how you shower, if you put something on the floor). They will tell management and make your life harder.They've stolen food from lockers and discriminate acts against new employees.

For the first time in my life, I was terminated from a job. It was two days before completing 90 days. Management said they were “unsatisfied” and that a few guests complained that I was rude, but provided no specific examples or details. I have been described as polite and respectful throughout my personal and professional life, so this explanation was extremely surprising.The hotel itself has significant service and guest-satisfaction issues, which made the reason given for my termination even more difficult to understand.I also observed three employees leave or be terminated before me during my short time there. During my final month, I was repeatedly asked to work on my scheduled days off. I declined because I had already made personal plans. The timing left me questioning whether availability on scheduled days off was a factor.The biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency, communication, and constructive feedback.

Ubicación poco centrica. Pero al estar cerca al aeropuerto si luego del trabajo necesitas viajar puedes usar el shuttle del hotel
