Beautiful for guests, but not so much for employees. The hardest workers carry the load while some managers enjoy a very relaxed pace. There’s plenty of talk about ‘team spirit,’ but not much real support. If you’re looking for fairness and respect, you might want to look elsewhere.Forget about any promotions in this place.
