Hilton genuinely cares about employees' well-being and professional development. The colleagues I work with are collegial, professional, and always willing to help. My manager is incredibly supportive. The paid time off is very generous. Hilton also offers great employee stock purchase plan.
Cons
The 401(k) plan is managed by T. Rowe Price, and their fund options are quite limited and not very strong. Additionally, Hilton's 401(k) match could be more competitive.
