Honestly, management isn’t that bad on-site, they’re very fair and understanding. As far as employee treatment goes, they’re generally above average.
Cons
There’s a lack of definitive policies in place for several situations- communication between departments is almost non-existent, and management doesn’t seem too concerned about it, despite knowing that it’s an issue.

Cons
Minimal pay growth. They are strict with raises, and above and beyond performance does not mean your pay will reflect this. They have high turnover, which is typical for this role, so pay raise is associated with time worked here. I have observed and been told it's about $1.00 increase per year.
