The management is supportive and does not micromanage as long as you are trustworthy enough and performs well with minimal supervision.
Cons
The system is too strict. If a project requires a certain need that wasn't anticipated before going live (eg. petty cash for fast transaction for small technician/technical works on the ground), it would be hard for the entire team to function or deliver the job the fastest way. I hope the management is more supportive not just within the administrative team but also to the workers on site.

It’s an MNC and they have designated teams for every task. All the offices of JLL a very well placed interior and location wise.

Remuneration is not upto the mark. Too much of micro management at times.
