Pros
Jll is a great place to work with (mostly) caring leadership and managers. Depending on your account or team. My experience has been a very positive culture with lots of growth opportunities and amazing people. Remote work, decent pay and benefits. Loads of opportunity for high performers.

Depending on the account you work on, you may have different training resources and may be expected to figure it out on your own and work long hours.

Flexibility is the biggest pro! The work culture here is so refreshing, a team that works hard but doesnt micro manage. Its really nice to work for such a large organization as well, that comes with many perks.

Company PTO policy, healthcare benefits and maternity leave policy are very competitive.
Cons
Overall company cons, as a large firm sometimes action items just take longer to get through the pipeline, but that's to be expected with any billion dollar firm. Most cons come from the individual teams that you work with, i.e. meaning work-life balance, team dynamic, manager work ethic and support.

Manager was beyond anxious all the time, was super picky about the dumbest details, would create unnecessary work (aka, throw the kitchen sink at it - his favorite approach) because he had never completed the work before (I had), he threatened me with disciplinary action because I failed to show up to our weekly 1-on-1 call (I was at the ER with my pregnant wife). Not all management is like he was but just beware there are a lot of individuals who work for this company where JLL is all they have in their life.
Communication issues & uneven work loads may burn you out

Cons
M-F in office, remote or hybrid work not possible. No training & not much support. Work load is not evenly spread out. If you are willing to work hard, you will get taken advantage of and never finish the amount of work you are given. There are a lot of communication issues between different levels of management.
