I've kept my tenure regarding my PTO. This is the only thing a blue-collar working man or woman receives for loyalty to an Employer anymore.
Cons
Pay is terrible, 401K match is terrible, Promotion from within is nonexistent, HR is terrible, GOS accounts are terrible; do not work for any of them. Raises are an annual 2%-3% labelled "merit increase," which does not cover annual inflation. Don't bother spending any time on your reviews (THEY DON'T CARE)

I had the opportunity to grow my scope significantly, work with talented people, lead a team, and gain experience across office operations, employee programming, onboarding, events, communications, and process improvement. It can be a great place to learn if you are proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Priorities can shift quickly, communication is not always consistent across groups, and some operational teams are expected to do more with limited resources. Career progression and long-term role stability can also depend heavily on broader organizational changes rather than individual performance.
