-It’s like high school. So much gossip, bullying, and animosity. Everyone there is miserable and supervisors cannot fire the people responsible because it’s controlled by HR.-Frustrating lack of communication among leadership.-People in leadership who don’t have adequate knowledge or experience and are not trained any further once they are in leadership. They will rely on regular employees who have more knowledge than them to answer questions. -Attendance policy is way too strict.-Healthcare is expensive unless you do their yearly wellness exam, which requires getting bloodwork done so they can see how healthy you are.-Building is unsafe; no cameras outside the building and no fire alarm system. Every summer the AC will stop working multiple times.
