Cons

Nine month check-in.

01/15/2026 - null

Pros

There are many pros to working here with LabCorp at the Cancer Care Northwest facilities. The staff is amazing and helpful, the work is satisfying, and I love doing hematology.

Cons

The biggest con would be the pay. LabCorp doesn't seem to want to pay their employees what they're worth. They will have a high turnover rate if they don't start being more competitive in the pay department.

Pros

Very closeknit teams that will help you to excel. Just keep setting those goals and work towards them.

Cons

Solutions do not come quick and even after putting in a year of work that solution may still not come to fruition. And like any job, there are challenges and frustrations to work through so don't give up.

Pros

They will literally make EVERY DECISION about money instead about employee retention. They not only don't care about their employees, they don't care about their patients either.

Lack of loyalty

01/22/2026 - Durham, NC

Pros

Good team and people alongside you. Actual team members care about your well-being.

Cons

Senior leadership, except the CEO, seems to be clueless most of the time. There is a lack of communication across the entire organization. It's become obvious they are cutting corners financially as they hire employees from out of the country at a cheaper rate for less quality work.

Positive experience

01/14/2026 - Boston, MA

Pros

Good environment, flexible work culture and very helpful manager

Cons

I did an online internship; in-person could strengthen communication. Compensation is moderate, could be higher.
