Pros

The day to day interactions with coworkers is very positive. I really really liked the people I worked with directly regardless of shift or position. The facility is clean and mostly organized.


Cons

HR has extremely poor communication with the staff outside of the HR department with the exception of upper management. Training is very disorganized.

Lack of software engineering culture and poor technical management

Flexible work hours, remote working, job security. Colleagues are cooperative with a positive attitude.


Cons

Salaries are well below market rates for skilled software engineers, poor technical management does not value good design - anything goes, chronic fire-fighting, management can be exploitative with chronic understaffing and staffing skills/experience mix is poor too many junior inexperienced staff.

Flexible work hours, 4 x 10 schedule, work is easy, good programs to grow with the company. Coworkers are fun and keep you sane. Operations are pretty relaxed.

Pay isn't great, work is soulless, too much work that never ends, pretty chaotic.

Great people, lots of resources to help, a lot of incentives, no micromanaging, job is fun and interesting, very open to new ideas/ ways to do things, a lot of room to grow, they encourage you to learn more and continue to grow and work your way up. insane amount of PTO as well

A lot of different websites where info is, sometimes hard to remember where things are.
