Challenging, uses many skills, meet many people, good discount, career advancement .
Cons
Can be physically exhausting, a lot of time is spent covering the floor when employees do not show up, so need to be able to balance that with completing all other tasks needed.Be prepared to work almost all weekends and holidays.

My boss emotionally and verbally abused me every single shift. I was never told what I was doing right; only what I was doing wrong. I called her to inform her that I would not be able to make it to my next shift as my Mom was in the hospital. She told me that if I didn't come in for my shift my "job would be in jeopardy". I reported her, but nothing was ever done.
