Currently, the escalation path is counterproductive, making it difficult to resolve issues efficiently. Benefits are nice when you can use them. Union negotiated are pay and benefits.

Union properties suck because of the veteran employees with more than 10 years service get the best and most shifts, they are typically rude and it can take forever for equipment issues to be resolved

Sometimes at the beginning of the year, they have this thing called the Audit, which changes things in the restaurant and hotel, making rules a lot stricter.
