I’ve observed that our decision-making process would benefit from more objective analysis to avoid the pitfalls of sensationalism. Currently, the escalation path is counterproductive, making it difficult to resolve issues efficiently. To improve, we need a leadership environment where subject matter experts feel empowered to provide candid advice and critical feedback, rather than simply echoing the current direction

Benefits are nice when you can use them. Union negotiated are pay and benefits.
Cons
Union properties suck because of the veteran employees with more than 10 years service get the best and most shifts, they are typically rude and it can take forever for equipment issues to be resolved

Pretty nice work environment! I love the people! Most people are very nice! Tips as a server are most times worth it!

Sometimes at the beginning of the year, they have this thing called the Audit, which changes things in the restaurant and hotel, making rules a lot stricter.
