People at the front desk kept leaving, not showing up on time, calling out most of weekends. Instead of finding a good solution such as redo roster or cover up, manager forced productive workers to work over time and work on their days off. FD team was weak ties due to lack of teamwork, communication and care from the manager.

the company have good value in doing job and operational process, all process are in place as you could see many successful properties around the world.

the company is too big that some value could not apply to all situations, sometimes the team focus on the goal too much that they forget to divide the responsibility equally. this makes good people frequent leave the company due to the lack of a proper associate care.
