Can't think of anything other than maybe you can transfer with the company, but most positions anywhere in the world hire only local talent, and nobody really cares if you're from Marriott or elsewhere, because their own talent pool is lackluster at best

Worst company I've ever worked for, and I've worked for hundreds so that really saying something. The only job I was actually denied a whole month of pay as I was put on leave and then let go simply for talking to a girl very normally on a couple of occasions with nothing sexual or anything, all in accordance with their own rules.

I enjoyed working for a Marriott hotel and the standards they believe in providing their clients. My manager at the time, Dolly Slaughter, was amazing to work for. We felt like a family there, the staff and the guests as well!

Great team (for the most part), Great tips/ great guests. Lots of big groups- weddings, conferences, etc., the food is actually really good

Management at the time was not great but Leroy was the best!! Management was not professional. Servers never got pay increases but other departments in food and beverage did.
