Metro One LPSG Reviews
Dont work there
03/15/2026 - Staten Island, NY
Pros
There is nothing positive working there.
Cons
Static pay. They offer 30 but will never increase. Workers been paid 30 an hour for 7 yrs now. No vacation. Nepotism, favoritism, poor management. No overtime. Always pay discrepancies with paid sick time. Always a hassle to get time off. Constant harassment from management. Management is out of touch with employees. Doesn't know our job skills and credentials.
Good pay, boring job.

Cons

Cons

Decent company
02/23/2026 - Denver, CO
Pros
Pretty decent starter pay out of where i am, average starter 22-23/hr at full time. pretty good work hours are flexible in that you can give them hours you cant work, and they will try to find spot for you. good stuffAdvancement is great, plenty of work, ive gotten the honored raises. it is not hard to get into the work, and its pretty okay with getting friends in, Uniforms arent out of pocket and are mediocre to get. HR is responsive, Scheduling is pleasant, and calling off simply requires a 4 hour buffer with immidiate approval, in the event of emergency that has been shortened before. and overall is nice for those sudden sick days.
Cons
Communication. ive had struggles communicating with other people, fellow employees, (lesser and greater) management doesnt always talk to eachother and this can cause conflict that falls on you briefly.
Not a loyal company
09/28/2024 - McDonough, GA
Pros
Competitive Salary: Higher wages can provide financial stability and allow for a better quality of life.
Cons
Job Insecurity: Not knowing when a contract will end can lead to uncertainty and anxiety about job security.Career Growth Limitation: Potential lack of long-term career growth or advancement opportunities if the position is temporary and contract-based.Dependency on Company Decisions: Reliance on the company's decisions regarding contract renewal can leave employees feeling powerless over their career trajectory.High-Cost Benefits: Health benefits are expensive, with high co-pays, making it difficult to afford necessary healthcare services.Limited Value in Benefits: Poor quality of benefits offered does not provide sufficient support for health and well-being, leading to additional financial strain. No Paid Time Off: The absence of paid time off means employees may need to choose between working while unwell or losing income during personal time.

Pros
No pros at all for this company.
Cons
They promise everything in the interview. Give you a good offer letter and when you start working everything is good and then they pull the floor out by blaming you for their problems they created and refuse to fix anything. They refuse to pay your bonus. They break state and federal law. Final paychecks bounce. This is an evil company to work for.

Toxic, Mismanaged, and Heartless – Avoid at All Costs
10/22/2025 - Tempe, AZ
Pros
CoworkerEndless supply of coffee
Cons
Working for Metro One has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my career. The company has gone completely downhill — poor management, no communication, and zero accountability from leadership. They recently stopped offering bereavement pay, meaning if you lose a family member and don’t have sick time, you’ll either miss a paycheck or risk your job. Even worse, there was no memo, no email, and no official notice about this change — same with the removal or reduction of sick time. Employees just found out after the fact. It’s disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The Tempe, AZ operations management team is unorganized, unresponsive, and ignores serious issues like harassment and favoritism. Complaints are constantly brushed aside, and HR does nothing to protect employees.Raises are promised in contracts but never honored, no matter how long you’ve worked there. Employees are forced to work 14–18 hour shifts due to short staffing, while management refuses to step in or help.
