It’s a wonder how this company is still in business. They hire high level managers that don’t do anything but spend money, They receive benefit stipends when the real employees do all the work. They don’t care about their employees or clients, they cheat both.

Metro One contracts with other companies. You can get lucky and be contracted with a great client which can make your work atmosphere really enjoyable but you still have to deal with the management of Metro One.
Cons
Metro One itself struggles with management and organization. Management communication is lacking and there is no transparency with employees.

this company out of new York took over an existing contract and upon acquisition they removed all PTO and sick pay for a full year when it was supposed to be 6 months. when the company was informed that withholding sick pay was illegal in new mexico because of state laws we were told that they could do it due to us being new to the company, when reported to the state we were harassed by the company about days we called in sick and if we could not give exact dates the company would report back to the state that we didn't request any sick time.

You will be asked to pay for things out of pocket because they won’t give you a corporate card, even the things you need to do your job. Terrible benefits - no matching 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance is terrible. It’s the classic bait and switch - you’ll be told it will be a certain way, only to pull the rug out from under you. They treat you like children instead of professionals. No prospect of more vacation for years of service, they give the minimum of they think you will settle for. No bonus. You have to ask for a performance review and that’s the only way you can get a raise. The communication at this company is the absolute worst I have ever seen.

The money is decent for the amount of work you're required to do at a low level position.
Cons
Your schedule is not concrete and is wholly dependent on the whims of people who aren't qualified to be site managers. This isn't just a gripe because I left the company. If you get selected as a supervisor you have no room for advancement because the management positions are decided by who's friends with whom. You'll have days where you go from working 6am-2pm, to having to come right back in the same day and work 10pm-6am. You will have little to no social life with this job unless you're part time.
