flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want.upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture."they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.

The benefits are great. The people I work with are all great too.

It's nearly impossible to speak to someone with HR. If you ever have to call, you'll sometimes need to wait an hour. I hate calling HR to ask questions about my benefits. It's very obvious they are using call centers for HR-related matters due to the company's size. Whenver I have to call, there is a languate barrier. When I got health coverage, I had to figure it out myself.

It's a contract company so you do have several "bosses" between the contract company and the senior leadership within the hospital. (expected)
