As with all things, your mileage may vary - I'm just one person who has worked in a few different accounts in one city.If you want to work, you can get a LOT of hours.Decent benefits package.Opportunities for advancement if you show up and lean in.

If you show you can and will work, they'll want to give you a LOT of hours. You'll likely end up carrying a lot of extra weight for those who don't want to work and for those positions that aren't filled.Chronically understaffed - it's a lot harder to get people in the door than it is for them to leave. Management is a very mixed bag. Some leaders have been great, others exceptionally poor.
