It is very rewarding to work with patients.

Provided false expectations upon initial hire and was encouraged to ask questions but was then treated as " formal punitive couseling" with out knowledge anytime you asked for clarity during training period.

Meal discount and you get plenty of steps in if you're trying to lose weight or exercise more

Cliquey, judgemental and if you've been there for some time, you don't have to work. You get to give all your duties to the new hires or hard workers. Managers and supervisors expect you to do something that they themselves haven't done before or cannot do.
