Unlimited PTO for exempt employees, car provided, free lab testing, decent medical benefits.
Cons
Absolutely no work/life balance, low base pay especially for the job expectations, typical large organization with toxic senior leadership who only promote those within their circle, many lead by either instilling fear or intimidation, employees who are mediocre/ below average are never terminated causing more work for those who actually care about their job. Very high stress job.

Just a paycheck to survive.Labs are free of charge.

Day one insurance-acceptable premium. Pharmacy used is Caremark. Sometimes they will cover 15 pills instead of 30. Expect to pay a lot.Pay is very low, compared to duties that you are required to do on top of phlebotomy. High patient volume and unrealistic time alotted.We are exhausted!! Many emplyees are started on zoloft on my location. Micro management is not the best. They contradict themselves. I will recommend only if they substantially raide the pay and give better insurance.

Terrible pay, chaotic atmosphere, horrible base pay, bad work environment with management that doesn’t take accountability, poor leadership, and did I mention the base pay is horrible? It’s actually an insult for how much work we do on a day to day basis. The “bonuses” are so inconsistent and no help.

Cons
The work load, depending on where you live can be overwhelming. The drive between locations in a territory can be large. The number of direct reports makes it hard to properly grow team members for their next roles.

Great coworkers and teams. I worked with some very talented and dedicated people over several years and had the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects. Remote work was also a significant perk. Pay and bonus were decent, and I had no issues with the benefits package.
Cons
Unfortunately, I advise anyone considering a career in the IT branch at this company to be very cautious, as the direction of the organization has become increasingly concerning. There has been a significant push toward outsourcing and rebadging existing employees, and layoffs have affected even the most experienced and well-tenured teams. Long-term employment and institutional knowledge do not seem to provide much job security, if any at all.Employee feedback regarding staffing, workload, and morale was a recurring concern, including through company surveys, but there was little meaningful action to address it. Workloads remained high even as teams were reduced, with responsibilities being redistributed to the employees who remained without additional compensation. There were also unclear deadlines and inconsistencies in communication from leadership.Remote work is also becoming less consistent as some employees are being required to return to the office.
