The forced overtime is why quest diagnotics have a high turn over rate. If you don't work overtime termination will be in your near future.

Gender bias in pay. Men consistently paid more than women despite women have same or more experience in various front line and management roles. Grandfathered positions and potentially racist hiring practices.

Non-traditional shifts 5:00 AM-1:30 PM, 12:00-8:30 PM, or 8:00 PM- 5:30 AMMust work at least one weekend day. Overtime was pretty regular and during their busy season required 5-10 hours per week.

* Overnight workers get a slight pay bump * An easy job to do/learn

* Management is rude and does not care about the employee* There is very little room for moving up directly* You are expected to stay overtime if the work isn't done by the end of your shift* They swap your schedule after the fact even knowing your avaliablility
