They play on favorites I was there 8 years a person who called and quit without notice came back was promoted to team lead and total only 1.5 tears while they gifted me with a slap in the face with full time advanced rsr and use me like a piece of gum on their shoe, no respect.

I gained real hands-on experience working with high-volume clinical data and learned how to identify, correct, and validate information flowing through laboratory systems. The role strengthened my technical accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of how data governance supports clinical, billing, and compliance workflows. The environment was structured, expectations were clear, and the work helped build a solid foundation for data analytics and data management roles.
Cons
The work can be repetitive and heavily task-driven with limited opportunities for expanded responsibilities. Workflow volume fluctuates, which sometimes creates pressure to move quickly while still maintaining accuracy. Upward mobility on the data operations side is achievable but can be slow without active cross-training or mentorship.
