Quest benefits are good, not exemplary. Various fringe benefits to encourage employee retention.

Management's execution. Productivity based. Miramar location showed bias with employees and unfair practices. Even hired a janitor into a sought after healthcare position with ideal work hours. Speaking Spanish given preference over everything. Lack of consistency. Unkept promises. Advancement given by bullying, not by work ethic, attention to detail, or following rules. Depending on your department, you can have forced overtime, but you never really feel compensated at time and a half (also depends on your department). Your final time worked doesn't always reflect and you need to keep track, in some departments.
