Pros
If you speak Hindi, like 3/4 of Rangam are Indians.
Cons
Rangam abuses the federal government system of grants and contracts, and uses tax break loopholes to employ "people with disabilities". The rest are India-based, being paid pennies on the dollar. Case workers are so incompetent and/or lazy, they're maybe able to get clients one interview per year.They go through contractors so rapidly, turnover is high with no advancement possibilities. As I mentioned already, they abuse US government contracts and grants.There's no point in giving them a 6 month outlook rating - they're just going to continue to steal from the federal government.

Consultant role and not offered any benefits, time off, etc. Also didn't have great insurance options.

Cons
Did not value you as an employee. Constantly said they were on your side but lowballed your pay. Lied about start date, saying manager required it to be soon, when manager did not.
