Easy work for easy money no training is needed for the majority, eventually you may need to be forklift certified.
Cons
Terrible management. Its basically like a grown up high school. Drama here and backstabbing there. Gossip central. They will demand you to do extra work that they really should be doing while they sit in their office chatting up a storm. Instead of confronting other workers that don't do what they're supposed to, they'll tell you to drop what you're doing to do someone else's job.

I do like that they have a 401k, but thats pretty much it.
Cons
They will underpay you, take advantage of you, no incentives for raises unless you are union. They will use you in all departments but can't compensate for the extra work that you do. Also the insurance and benefits are garbage.

Low hiring standard. Many of my co-workers were convicted sex offenders or on probation/parole for drug related offenses. High demand for a relatively low paying job.
