Micro Manage to the extreme

05/09/2025 - null

Pros

Good people on the team

Cons

Micro Managed to the extreme literally will fire people if they see gaps in the time you've added things to their own system. Not proper sourcing tools, they provide everyone the same list and then expect you to spam the same numbers for you and everyone else in the company working the same jobs without looking for any new ones.Compensation is a crazy low hourly rate with promise that you'll be promoted to salary they do this because they have insane turnover so they want to weed out people. Commission plan is had to track and confusing makes very little sense

Pros

Cool Trainers, Besides that, Nothing special at all, be careful.

Cons

They want you to work 10 hours a days, which they don’t tell you during the interview. quick to fire you if you don’t produce the expected numbers, or need to take your kids to the doctors. As they told me, I wouldn’t be able to make any doctors appts or deal with anymore emergencies while working. It’s really sad.
