Trusted has been my favorite staffing agency to work for because they embrace doing things differently—and here, different truly means better. There’s no room for complacency; the team is constantly evolving and improving. While change is frequent, it’s purposeful, and over the past year we’ve continued to grow at a time when many healthcare staffing companies have struggled. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to doing right by both its internal team and the clinicians we support.

Working remotely in such a fast-evolving environment can be challenging at times, as the pace of change requires strong adaptability and proactive communication to stay aligned.

KPI's are measured by submissions, not outreach, which is not in your controlYou are unable to negotiate pay rates with clinicians, yet expected to sell jobs.Trusted is growing its team; they are hiring in masses (10/15 recruiters at a time) and then firing the ones that do not immediately perform/ need training.Measured on reach-out time outside of working hours, and they will reduce leads if you take more than 8 hours to respond (weekend/ nights included)Puts employees on PIPs while trainingUses recruiters to train their AI.Not allowed to call yourself a recruiter, so clinicians don't know what title you are.

You have a person behind a computer that "helps" you. They do have a little better rates, but they offer no bonuses or extras. They give you sick time, not PTO, so you cant really use it unless "sick". They don't advocate for you and nickel and dime you. We wont use them again.

Small company where you are able to get to know leadership and be given opportunities to grow if you’re willing to ask for them. Environment is highly collaborative and teammates are always eager and happy to help one another out. Opportunities to tackle a wide variety of projects and challenges. Leadership is open to feedback and suggestions, and it feels good to see your ideas become reality. Our mission is something easy to get behind and hearing stories from the clinicians of how Trusted is making a difference for them feels good. Pay and benefits are excellent and the flexible PTO policy is nice. I feel appreciated by my team and cross functional partners.
Cons
The environment has shifted after several rounds of layoffs and the team isn’t as perky and excited as they once were, although that feeling is returning somewhat. People are wary and there’s fewer opportunities to get to know people outside of work topics. It can be cliquey with the same people getting promotions over and over. Some teams are chronically understaffed and struggle with attrition.
