Optum Behavioral Health. We got paid a salary for a short time and only had 1-2 clients per week. Until we got fired.
Cons
They only made billions in profits in 2025 so they had to cut costs and fire around 400-500 virtual therapists. It was totally mismanaged in every way. Make us only work in one state, because the EMR couldn't allow us to see clients in more than one state per day. This is what we were told. Then make us learn a whole new EMR which is for primary care doctors, in person offices. Had to let go of our clients, no way to even work within ourselves to help our clients get to another therapist. Then in a short period fired us.

Minimal (if any) raises for employees that do not keep up with the cost of living, cuts to 401k contributions, people leaving with their positions not being filled causing the work to be absorbed by those remaining, training your replacement (offshore or teaching AI), layoffs always looming, morale in the gutter
