* they monitor you every move literally!* all they are abput are metricks and getting out over 50 claims a day* horrible yearly increases will only give you cents no matter how much work you do* nearly impossible to move up grade levels

Cons
management is out of touch. The KPIs are a little counterproductive and I feel like they are there so that you don’t make the bonus. You will be talking to argumentative and aggressive 3rd parties majority of the day and you will be held accountable for their incompetence
