Always work to do, in fact post administrative/financial positions are overloaded with work. If someone sucks at their job, don't worry you can take on their work too.

No true room for advancement although they preach otherwise. Stuck in old management times. Now grasping to catch up with AI and new owners.

Regional staff very supportive and always checking in to make sure you were OK. Never felt pressured to do more than my job title.

Switched over to a different management company and they weren’t as responsive or as supportive during the transition. Policy wasn’t always black and white.
