Time off for kids events

There really aren’t any. If you doctor isn’t working neither are you you are expected to use any PTO you’ve accumulated and then that has to e approved. The staff is always and undestaffed, overworked & underpayed. Corporate only cares about how many new patients start and the corporate staff if the only one that reaps the benefits of the staffs hard work. There are no bonuses , lunches or appreciation parties. The only ones that get bonues are the sales and managers, nothing is considered for the staff that’s doing all the work.

Great to get your foot in the dental industry and they also have PTO which is nice.

Always under staffed, raises are capped and does not match the current job market. You could get paid way more elsewhere. Good training is non existent.

Great entry level company where you can get experience in the dental field.
Cons
Disconnected upper management that doesn’t implement best practices, they use antiquated management styles for sales. They do not follow basic labor laws as set by the state of California. Corporate division does not work in concert with branch level operations. Providing both extra work for local office employees and a bad experience for patients.

The only Pros I believe would be relevant to this company is their flexibility and opportunity for growth.
Cons
However, the growth comes from high turnover due to lack of structure, low pay, low morale, HORRIBLE management. The worst I’ve experienced and heard of. Not only do patients have bad things to say but employees too. The Corporate world only sees numbers they don’t care about their employees or patients. They overwork employees to get their “bread and butter” and those producing(hygienists/doctors including PCCs) are doing bad contracts just to get their bonus not being mindful and respectful with explaining things thoroughly to patients.In another note, when incidents related to threats occur HR/ Management does not protect employees and do proper investigation to preserve a safe environment reputation for employees.
