I worked in an affluent area club. High job turnover. Very low pay, Unclean environments, Harassment from members goes unchecked due to lack of cameras in common use areas and little intervention when there is sexual harassment until a physical (touch) element that can be confirmed through a second party. You will be asked to supplement other positions without incentive. Cleaning hours are limited and technicians are over worked under paid and are not given a proper budget.

the management is absolutely terrible. i went through several superiors during my 3 years there and every one of them worse than the one before. one got fired for sexual harassment, one for literally not doing his job and the last one was let go after they moved him from irvine to san diego for the job. 24 hour fitness is the wordy company i have ever worked for.
