new management is very uptight and manic. impossible expectations for cleaning for the pay we get, micro managing and manager overreach and spying stresses out employees.

Nice to work with team members and we get incentives frequently. They are good with vacations.

Very poor management, managers would expect lower employees to get their work done but then not do any work themselves, setting a very poor example. Generally, some managers would let personal problems impact the way they spoke to other employees, while other managers were just straight up mean/disrespectful. There was also a lot of unnecessary workplace drama. Working here felt like walking on eggshells sometimes.

Regular members were very nice and coworkers were cool for the most part.
Cons
NFP does not care about their employees. The only changes they made benefit them and screwed over the staff. Do not pay enough at all and capped salary so there is no incentive to stay on. High turnover rate. They care more about stupid info call and tour scripts than just having a natural conversation with potential members. Couldn't talk to upper management, they generally seem to look down on the rest of us. Very toxic environment.
