your peers are great and it teaches you hard work

Cons

have to sell your soul and work 12 hour days 5 days a week making almost nothing. They backload all the commission to keep you there because turnover is so bad. Made a 20k placement and was paid about $300 for it. they use contract to hire method and companies will just lay your people off when things are slow. Even if its just a couple week lull. Also a crazy amount of micromanaging.
