expect micromanagement and no work life balance at pretty much any location. if you dont work on weekends or more than the already expected 50+ hours you WILL be judged. a ton of kool aid drinking, and unrealistic metrics that are constantly changing. expect to have daily meetings explaining why you arent doing enough even though you work 50+ hours a week at a low salary and terrible commission structure. your success depends on the business your AM drives in. good stepping stone i guess, but just dont get sucked in and drink the kool aid and believe that this is the best company in the world like they try to tell you. its really not and you realize once you get out.

While this pertains to all staffing agencies in general, it should be more headed for Aerotek. Upon getting converted to a full time employee on any assignment in Illinois, use your PLAWA/PTO beforehand. The company lies. While they don't need to pay it out by law, you can use it beforehand and should. You earned it. If you inquire about it being paid out, they actually lie to you and say that it will be in a separate check after your last check. It was not, so beware. You do not need a reason or an emergency to use it as well, that is another lie they will tell you. They lie, and they practically steal from you, so use it or lose it. Why work for a company like that?
