Prepare to work your life away. Was working 10-11 hour days. Wasn’t allowed to leave until everyone finished their work for the day. Job description is inaccurate. They expect you to “deal” with the people you employ/contract. Prepare to get calls/ texts any day or time of the day. Management only cares about your growth if you want to do sales, not much other opportunities offered after recruitment.
