The culture is .. weird. I came from a tech company and going into Aerotek was off. My first impression was thinking it’s like a frat house. I’ve never had a job where I’m the only female and all the guys are drinking, playing baseball/ soccer/ golf in the office. They’re nice people don’t get me wrong and If you fit the description you’re golden. If not, it’s hard to get any insight with what jobs to start filling or have the opportunity to go on site tours. It might be a personality standpoint, but I just want to do my job and leave. I don’t want to be missing information because they exclude the only female from the group chat or expect to hangout outside the office past 10pm
