Very flexible with their scheduling.
Cons
Do not really train, they also change the pay structure every month, and pay was late every single payday.My boss also expected us to work weekends and after hours, but refused to pay us for it.

Very poor and expensive medical insurance Bureaucracy, bureaucracy! Higher managers dictate almost everything. There is no serious way to provide any feedback to the bad management. Lack of transparency in the decision making.

they give you a 2500.00 stipend to use towards health care. can cover the entire year if you pick the right plans. bonus if you come licensed

they give a very long training in the beginning but no up training available after that. I've been there 6 months, never had a proper coaching session. never met with my supervisor. several system issues on their side.

Sales can be hardAllstate is not cheap and you have to sell quality over price You have to hit high goals to get any commission as an office. If you are the only salesperson it’s going to be really hard The agency you work for really determines your success. If you have a good agent that will put the work in to train you and get you the recourses needed to succeed you can make good money

Working for a local agent it is difficult to obtain benefits that are cost effective. A larger Agency or a Corporate position has more options.
