On call is 7 days straight and you must be available 24/7. I would get calls at 10pm then 2am and have to work my full case load the next day. Also, on call pay is horrible. Employee retention is awful. Constantly training new staff just for them to leave in a matter of months because they are thrown to the wolves.

Multiple virtual team meeting across various departments can impede productivity. Can be difficult to schedule personal time or vacations due to availability of others to cover duties. The amount of micromanagement can seems unnecessary, even though you are meeting goals and company benchmarks.

But you hire people in making a lot more money than I do and in the 19 years I've been with this company I worked in management on the road nurse clinical supervisor case manager triage after hours on call coordinator for the weekend's for 7 care centers.
