Management lacks respect for employees. Never felt valued in this position. Input to improve patient care is not welcome. Unrealistic expectations. Very high patient loads limit the ability to provide appropriate patient care.

The office was close to home, got along well with the other nurses.

Orientation/training was a JOKE! They hire nurses and then throw them to the wolves. All they care about is their numbers. They do not care about staff. My experience was terrible!
