Can be strict on uniform because of food industry.Sometimes underestimates the amount of people needed for an area.While they take problems seriously, they can be too quick with their judgements.

Great hours 6:30am-3pm with weekends off
Cons
Everything except for hours. The customers are rude and entitled, the management is lazy and demanding. This is at best a cafeteria job just plopping Indian food into containers non stop. This is the old school knee jerk reaction type of place to work. 0 planning and even worse execution. Stay away if you enjoy food service and cooking. It will rob you of your joy.
Only work here if you’re a young adult looking to have a little extra money on the side while going to school.

Easy to get family members hired on, however they would have to work in a different department.
Cons
Poor training and pay is not up to par. You also work the Emory university schedule, so during holidays and breaks there is no work. So during thanksgiving and Christmas you basically feel as though you don’t work for like 2 months. They don’t allow you to get unemployment during those months so the holidays are typically bad on your pockets so no gifts for your family and friends.

Stressful at times due to rush and annoyed that we get left tons of dishes from morning crew that we get out late during closing.

When I worked there you could grow only if you were beloved by management. It has been unionized, so I hear its gotten a little better. favoritism was rampant and management had just started or didn't know their jobs. Complaints or ideas of work improvements were not tolerated.
