- Opportunity to grow as a young employee, one of the few places that hires teenagers at a decent wage. Was able to get vital work experience in high school. Overall, great place for a first job!

- Scheduling: depending on the season it can be hard to get decent hours.- Overworking especially during times of extreme weather (snow/rain)
