Training is very good. Car package which pays for gas and car payment. Free snacks in office and freedom to make your own schedule.
Cons
Not a role for everybody. Super strict business professional dress code in the office, 7:30 start time on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays where you sit in on pointless meetings that could be done from home, and cold calling from a cubicle while your manager watches over you. Very corporate, high pressure sales role with unrealistic quota and a lot of windshield time. Work life balance is at a minimum if you want to do well. There are a lot of better sales roles out there.
