The job was really flexible with a flex start time and managers were really nice. The job was easy.

Work is repetitive, I didn’t like that we had to use our pto hours to cover holidays. The benefits weren’t that great

If you join the IT team , it's a great place to get experience. You will gain knowledge in a diverse environment and learn flexibility that will you lay foundations for anywhere you go.

- Every day something is broken- Communication has constant breakdowns- Weekends and Overnights do not get any kind of differential or incentive which is an issue - No incentive for odd shifts means getting coverage for days off, if you work them, is extremely difficult and you will be guilted for it- Your concerns are often met with a "you're lucky to have a job" depending on who you talk to. - Your career and decisions will often be made for you based on what the company needs , to the extent that they have created a mentality of distrust. Working here is about CYA and getting everything in writing.- They have okay benefits

Management needs some cleaning up to do. The manager got demoted that’s how bad things are. Drs are rude. They hire people with criminal back grounds as managers and horrible pay.
