The patients who came in each day sometimes wanted to go somewhere else, but still came to say hello. Other employees gave feedback and said to run, but you stay for the money.

Manipulation – when someone influences or controls you to get what they want.Exploitation – when someone takes advantage of your time, kindness, or resources.Being taken for granted – when your efforts or care aren’t appreciated.Emotional manipulation / emotional abuse – when someone plays with your feelings to benefit themselves.Transactional relationship – when one side only gives as long as they’re getting something.

Integrative clinic and was able to work with different types of people and providers.

Pay raises were a joke. Less than 1%/year. Poor management. Poor communication. Does not care about employees or patients.

Dr. Schwartz is the best doctor at the Ashland and Archer location by far. She went above and beyond for me and I could not thank her for that enough. Such a breath of fresh air to come across such a soul that caring and understanding.

During my 2.5 years in this company, colleagues of the same job title had over 200% turnover rate in my area. Not worth the low morale, constant turnover, and burn out culture. Toxicity embedded through all levels of leadership at least in the region I was working at (both ops and medical). Medical and Ops leadership don’t get along and work against each other. People who start out decent eventually become toxic due to the work environment. Revenue and bottom line are prioritized over good patient care. Employees are always looking for something better and people who stay are people who feel stuck or don’t have a choice based on their current life circumstances.Unfortunately this company will likely continue to do well despite all the things wrong with it because they will continue to make money off of injured workers. But if you are looking for a job, definitely stay as far away as possible from Concentra.

This is the most miserable job I ever had the overworked workload , expectations, extremely high turnover is never ended, lagging system always shutting down on a regular basis , they trust you like a number and blame you for everything instead of appreciating and. Treating you like a human. I would not recommend if a person is in desperate need of a job This is toxic poor work environment.

You’re always on your feet and you can lose weight there quickly if you need to. If you are into being bullyed, you are in the right spot.

They don’t pay you enough for all the work you do you don’t get 15 minute breaks you get a 30 minute lunch. If you are not part of the quick then you are going to have problems. The doctors are extremely rude.

Most diverse and productive clinic system ever. Operations directors, medical directors, front office and back office of various backgrounds and highly skilled. Everyone is usually doing 2-3 jobs. Believe in seeing patients immediately within the day. Accessible (almost 20 clinics in the town I worked in) and no waiting weeks to be seen. Has armed security at some sites. Numbers oriented but managers that get stuff done. They tell you if you are slacking and will send staff home that is out of line. Nice, approachable doctors with a lot of experience. Overall, a good experience.
Cons
Everyone is doing 2-3 jobs. Seeing 2 plus patients at a time, mandatory calls to patient employers during the day, security issues at certain locations, long wait time for patients.
