Cons
Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions.The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).
Cons
No paid holidays.The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past.If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
