Cushman & Wakefield Reviews

Great Place To Work

02/14/2025 - Chicago, IL

Pros

PTO, schedule flexibility, close relationship with direct reports

Cons

Low salary, senior leadership is not involved with more than two levels below, many processes starting to be outsourced to save a dollar

Easy work

02/16/2025 - San Antonio, TX

Pros

Very flexible. Easy work. Just show up.

Cons

Jumping around the DEI landmines was constant. Huge HR department…

It’s ok

02/18/2025 - Las Vegas, NV

Pros

They have decent health insurance and there is opportunity for growth if you put in the work and time.

Cons

Pays less compared to other management companies. Lack of training and communication.

Think twice before working at Cushman & Wakefield!!!

02/19/2025 - Chicago, IL

Pros

The salary and opportunity may draw you in, but the folks in management here are not really qualified! The people I am aware of and have had experience with here love to threaten, bully, and manipulate to get their way. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT!

Cons

I deal with managers who claim our jobs are on the line if we don't perform and that "there are plenty of people who would love the opportunity to step in if team performance isn't improved." To that, I say let them have the jobs here! The headaches outnumber the benefits and work/life balance absolutely isn't a consideration. Human Resources sides with management despite numerous incidents and multiple people making complaints against management here. Once you are "in", they hold you captive. Handling of the client here has been less than ethical as well in that money is freely spent and claims made to warrant charges. No matter what is decided for you and above you, if there are issues, they become your fault and you will be blamed.

Great Team

02/23/2025 - Austin, TX

Pros

Great team, benefits and pay

Cons

Clients constantly adding scope to job responsibilities, position has grown without any admin support

Standard Corporate Experience

02/24/2025 - Saint Louis, MO

Pros

Good holiday schedule. The company is large enough to explore opportunities for promotions to other teams.

Cons

Minimal efforts made to reward long time employees. You will get between a 2-3% merit increase annually depending on performance. Significant pay raises only happen if you change roles.

Great place to work!

02/24/2025 - Birmingham, AL

Pros

I had the best experience working at Cushman & Wakefield / EGS. I didn't know anything about commercial real estate before coming to EGS, but caught on quickly thanks to everyone's willingness to teach me. It truly feels like a family in that office.

Cons

Really no cons that I can think of.

Salary range

02/25/2025 - Dallas, TX

Pros

Good benefits, friendly environment, great training classes

Cons

Employees are stretched too thin.

Great company to work for and supportive team

02/26/2025 - Miami, FL

Pros

Great company to work for. They offer support and give you a lot of freedom as long as you do your job. No micromanagement. Leaders are exactly that, they guide you and show genuine care for their employees.

Cons

Salary can be a little too low

good pay

02/27/2025 - Tampa, FL

Pros

everything just good vibes always

Cons

nothing to say at this time

Great Company

01/27/2025 - Saint Louis, MO

Pros

Collaborative environment. I love my companies and the company culture, everyone is helpful, friendly and there is not sense of unhealthy competition. One of the best companies I have ever worked at.

Cons

Lacking in continuing education and in investing in employee's growth. They are very stingy.

Lack of Accountability & Politics

01/27/2025 - Atlanta, GA

Pros

The only real saving graces here are the solid benefits—401k, health insurance, and unlimited PTO—and the genuine friendships and connections you’ll form. These are the few bright spots in an otherwise frustrating environment

Cons

Politics, politics, and more politics—this place thrives on it. Accountability is nonexistent, and genuine care is nowhere to be found. It’s a toxic cycle of blame-shifting and self-serving agendas that will leave you drained and disillusioned

CW

01/26/2025 - New York, NY

Pros

It had a great team culture and took care of ppl.

Cons

I don’t have any cons

Toxic Management

01/30/2025 - El Segundo, CA

Pros

Good money for a college graduate. Close to home.

Cons

Where do I begin. I started back in August of 2024 and had super high hopes for working with this company. I then realized that this is not a suitable work environment for me. My "manager" lacked the leadership and teaching capabilities which made it extremely difficult to perform. I like to ask a lot of questions so I ensure the task is done properly, but when presenting these questions to my manager she took it as I don't know how to do my job, even though I was not shown how to do it. She had a constant attitude with me which made dread going into the office. The second I learned that no one has lasted more than 6 months under this team, I totally understood why. After talking with former employees, their advise to me was to get out of this company because there is no going forward. That's exaclty what I did and I feel amazing.

Cushman Review

01/30/2025 - Saint Louis, MO

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, non-stressful

Cons

No bonus for my role, not the best 401k match, extremely low annual raise and some years no raise, raise for promotion extremely low
