03/06/2025 - Cincinnati, OH

Pros

Great people, culture, and commercial real estate expertise

Toxic management, good people around you for support

03/04/2025 - null

Pros

Good located offices The people around you are greatBenefits OK - most you have to salary sacrifice for

Cons

Incredibly hierarchical management style, with little room for growth. There is also no culture in the office, and nothing being done about it. Almost no onboarding when first started, even at an entry level role. Got given a laptop and a few HR training videos,The 'corporate function' departments get a lot less support from the wider business than (for example) the grad scheme - which actually seems pretty good.Pay was not competitive for the role, and was met with little option for this to change

Disaster Theater

03/18/2025 - Saint Louis, MO

Pros

Worked remotely. Pay was decent though very inequitable between people with the same titles and tenure so that’s not entirely a “pro”.

Cons

Massive amounts of turnover, which lead to massive issues of varying types. Consequently fixing legacy issues competed head to head with actual business and forget about any process improvements. Long hours needed just to keep up so no work/life balance. All management turned over in less than a year and continued to turn over at an alarming rate and rarely, if ever, was it due to internal advancement. Extremely poor timing, planning, and execution in process changes. A middle schooler could have probably made better choices and executed some of it better. No formal onboarding process. It’s a really long list honestly and it’s not worth detailing all of it. Glassdoor would not let me give it less than 1 star or I would have.

Mostly good

03/23/2025 - Cincinnati, OH

Pros

Lots of room for growth and career advancement People eager to help you learn Good benefits and PTO

Cons

Pay increases per year do not keep up with inflation regardless of performance. Clients can take advantage sometimes and are allowed to. Usually you work on a small team, it would be nice to see more faces.
