Wish it was different

Pros

The people are very easy to work with and very impressive.

Cons

Management seems to be clueless. Does not accept responsibility for their lack of knowledge and leans on senior staff to understand many of their job duties. Very unfair.

Going down hill fast

Pros

The team is amazing to work with and always pull together!

Cons

Management is only about the bottom dollar. I have worked for several departments and find the same disregard for employees and patients. They are only worried about their productivity. They do not even respect the Union contract.

Great multi disciplinary team

06/27/2024 - null

Pros

Great professional staff, very collaborative, team players , committed to the population we serve . A more compassionate team of RNs LCSWs and navigators would be hard to find

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing expectations and expanding duties and responsibilities of RNs by adding time-consuming tasks, still requiring we meet shorter deadlines for documentation than NCQA requires. Different expectations of professionals doing the same role but having additional responsibilities assigned makes for conflict between disciplines.

Company has profit as the bottom line and will work employees into the ground with 18 hour shifts

Lots of interaction with staff for building repour. Must regularly touch base with all shifts. As with any supervisor job there is more work than hours in the day and have to juggle what is most important.

Times of change

06/09/2024 - Phoenix, AZ

Pros

Was a great place to work, opportunity for advancement

a lot of change with the merger and becoming part of CommonSpirit

Greedy, Uncaring, Pigs

06/18/2024 - Phoenix, AZ

Pros

No raises ever. No caring from higher ups. Everyone treats you horribly. Expected to do more than your job entails for the same amount of money.

Stable company in healthcare

06/24/2024 - Las Vegas, NV

Pros

Excellent benefits including a lot of paid time off once accrued and lower costs on insurance and extras such as legal help or identity theft protection programs.

Cons

Difficult to use sick time, company continues to go through changes due to a merger several years ago. Upper management does not stay around long enough to make lasting change at the local level. It is also hard to move up or around within the company.
