Very good culture, even for remote employees. Benefits are solid.
Cons
Management is never firing on all cylinders. Constant project spin downs and ups. The tech department is bleeding top talent.

Will promise you a position just to basically trick you into working yourself nearly to death while trying to get out of paying you properly. Was there 5 years, no raise, no vacations that I DID earn, nothing. People sleep around with each other and behave as if they're in high school. I got in a horrible car wreck on the way there after having no sleep, almost died, then got written up because I was late after being expected to show up after a couple days (arm was in a sling). They didn't care that I could hardly move, AND I HAD NO CAR ANYMORE AND HAD TO TAKE AN UBER, that cost me 80 bucks one way. Terrible people, high turnover, they respect nobody, barely themselves.

HR has a walk in policy. They are willing to hear your concerns.
Cons
They aspect their assistant managers to do everything by theirselves. The CSR only can work 7-10 hours a week drivers only have a certain amount of hours a week. The assistant manager only can work a certain amount hour per a week. If you call out they expect you to find someone to cover your shift instead of the General Manager doing that. There is no free meal.
