Pros

-Good, coworkers, work from home, campus

Cons

Do Not Work Here

03/14/2025 - Kansas City, MO

Pros

the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

This company has significantly gone downhill hill in the past few years culturally. things are constantly changing and there doesn’t seem to be a strategic plan in place. it just seems to be a trial and error strategy. none of the higher ups seem to know what they’re doing at all.

Toxicity flows from the top

03/14/2025 - Kansas City, MO

Pros

They were a really great family owned organization that treated employees with dignity and had great room for growth. Then Acacium group came in, bought them out, and gutted the company.

Cons

Most everything. They restructured their commission so you cannot earn a livable wage anymore.

Alright

02/05/2025 - Olathe, KS

Pros

Good co-workers the make the job.

Cons

Management is too top heavy and they’ve had about 6 lay offs from 2024 into 2025

12/18/2024 - Overland Park, KS

Pros

They offer lots of growth opportunties.

Cons

They take advantage of early career professionals and create a competitive/toxic work environment. They care more about profits than they do about their people. Their senior management team was promoted due to nepotism and they are the ones that created the most drama.

Contract RN

11/04/2024 - Olathe, KS

Pros

Helped find a high paying contract, recruiter responsive and helpful.

Cons

Options can be limited depending on area looking.

TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC

11/04/2024 - null

Pros

back when they had the class room style learning for new recruiters you were taught a lot about the basics and foundation of recruiting and how to staff nursing roles. Felt that was helpful

Cons

This place literally put me in therapy. The people are toxic, the managers talk behind your back and make you compete against your teammates. The people are not trust worthy and will kick you to the curb the second you become a slight inconvenience for them (like idk needing training or coaching). Their HR is nonexistent or doesn't care. I've heard rumors of lay off 2 rounds in the last month, I hope to see them close their doors.

Unfocused corporate direction

11/10/2024 - null

Pros

Good people, good benefits, hybrid schedule

Cons

lower than average pay for position, corporate/company uncertainty, job insecurity, lack of positional definitions and structural hierarchy, poor executive planning and change management, uncertain relevance of sellable products, disconnected leadership

Favorite is not doing well.
