The people were kind for the most part.

It's a difficult job, the expectations always continued to rise. Doing enough was never enough even when you did well. It's not really recruiting, it was more just placing people at jobs with minimal interactions.
Good PTO, but commission is unattainable

They'll tell you there's commission on top of base pay. In reality the floor to hit commissions is through the ceiling. You'll never actually see any commission.

Corporate pay.Passive aggressive 'leadership' is a common. Microaggressions. There IS a glass ceiling if you are not a white man or woman who is CONNECTED to the right people. This was tough to observe even though I would fall under the 'privileged' category. Connections matter here. Forget merit, longevity, or professionalism. People pretend as if this is not the case, however biases often impede progress within this organization and it's unfortunate. I've seen excellent talent come and go because of this; it's a loss to a company that has so much potential. Pay attention to constant promotions and see where and to whom they go.
