The management here is an absolute disaster. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are off the charts. They’re shockingly inconsistent in their so-called efforts to "help" and lead. They put on a show of listening to concerns and feedback but never actually take meaningful action. My manager, in particular, made it clear that she had zero interest in supporting our team. Instead, she would tell us to seek help from our peers while she played the role of a distant, disinterested figurehead who only popped up to dish out pointless tasks and "suggestions."It’s blatantly obvious that favoritism is rampant here. Managers bend over backward to help their "favorites," leaving the rest of us high and dry. The company’s financial situation is a mess, and their response is to lay off employees with zero warning. During the last-minute layoff meeting, I noticed that the people being cut were mostly minorities and older staff. After the meeting, I tried to contact candidates I was working with, but our accounts were shut down immediately. This company clearly doesn’t care about its employees or the people we work with.The past few months have been a nightmare. Management hasn’t lifted a finger to boost team morale or offer any support. Instead, they had the nerve to ask us to come up with ways to boost morale and take charge of it ourselves—what a joke. They’d rather bury their heads in the sand and silence anyone who dares to give honest feedback. Expectations and working conditions change on a whim, and it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing. With the company’s financial mess, in a previous meeting they announced that there are no plans for career advancement opportunities. There’s been zero progress since I started here as well, everything went downhill and they blamed it on recruiters. They promote supervisors who are inconsistent, favor their friends, and clearly don’t want anyone else to succeed.

Micro- Management, No support from senior leadership, When things change (which is an ever day/week thing) no proper trainings are being had and we get penalized and docked for it on our weekly performance reviews. Senior leadership openly talks about people in the open in front of staff.

Great entry-level job. Coworkers are fun, great work-life balance, a hybrid schedule, and accrued PTO. Tech advances have been beneficial recently. The office culture is fantastic. A lot of transferrable skills to be learned.
Cons
Turnover is high. Business has been steadily declining for over a year. Cold calling is a huge part of the job. Base salary is decent if you have are able to make up the gap in commission, but the current market has left many employees struggling. Many factors are out of the recruiters' control. Topics that are not office-appropriate are often brought into the office (religion, politics).
