Do not work here unless you want to be berated by both managers in banquets. HR doesn’t take it seriously and the managers will gaslight you about the things they said to you and staff. They constantly call staff stupid and harass them. They constantly gossip and the assistant manager is dating a server and always treats him different. I got wrongfully terminated for a situation no one informed me about with protocol and then my manager wouldn’t take accountability for this being his problem to fix. You will not make $70k a year no matter what HR tells you. The hours aren’t very good either so you’ll have to help security or work another job to get those hours. Benefits are taken out at every paycheck and it’s expensive. None of the staff likes the managers in banquets. They are protected and nothing will ever get done. The managers are lazy and they do nothing but sit on the computer or on their phones. My advice, do not work here. It’s not worth being surrounded by miserable people and being harassed every day.

Good overall leadership and good benefits package. They want you to experience the Hyatt brand yourself when you travel so that you're more connected to the brand/organization. I always thought the training and communication was good. If you work under a boss that doesn't micro-manage you then this is an awesome job.
Cons
Job titles can be overly broad in the corporate environment unless you are a director since the work I did and access controls I had was immensely different that others with the same title. Sometimes you fix a system issue only to have someone deviate from company standards and recreate the issue. Also, some unreasonable mobile app ticket requests from the Guest Services team asking for something that was completely functional to be fixed because one guest was IT-illiterate and wrote a bad survey about the mobile app.
