My experience in the Digital Technology group was marked by poor management and a biased work culture. My manager, promoted mainly due to personal connections rather than merit, was a micromanager who often took credit for others’ work. Despite promises of meaningful roles and projects, I was assigned to tasks from a dissolved vertical with little support or transparency.* Favoritism in management promotions* Discriminatory treatment of certain employee groups contributed to a hostile workplace.* Broken promises on projects and responsibilities* Lack of transparency and trust* Teams undergoing restructuring all the times

They lied to us for a few years, stating we were the future while training a team overseas to outsource to and lay us all off without any heads up. We were not offered other positions in the company.
