Fridays are until 2:30pm . Some get uniform and laundry. They include therapist session. Food (if you have restrictions forget about it)

No room for growth. Salary is terrible, HR and all Directors and line employees justify harassment, discrimination and bullying as per each person role in the company. Leaders are allowed to be bullies.

We are talking about the Hyatt branch in Venice, Italy. Toxic management. Every single issue becomes a huge problem. Managers are drama queens. You do one mistake you get watched over. Mobbing. Typical place where they say they are a family to squeeze you. Racism in the operational team. Gaslighting. Nothing is ever enough. Stay away. Small team overworked. High turn over. Nepotism.
