They keep you moving, miles aren’t great but you’re constantly moving
Cons
Equipment is bad, only been 2 weeks here, had to fight tooth and nail to get a hotel since it’s the middle of a snow storm right now. Already dealing with equipment issues, oh and if you have anything you need don’t bother your dispatch won’t get ahold of you to fix nothing. The drivers are rude, dispatch sucks and for the reefer side it’s a lot of work for little money

The orientation was great, the company as a hold was great to work for guaranteed pay if they did not have enough work for you on the dedicated account I was on.
Cons
The down side was dealing with in-experienced dispatchers and fleet manager. The home time was not as promised. Fleet manger talks down to you like you was his child

Minimum pay $1450. Maintenance layover pay. Layover pay. Lots of miles.

Fleet managers inexperienced. Requirements for minimum pay not explained up front, They do not work with you to get you home by requested times. If you request within the specified time, they lose track of your request even though it was already approved. They kept me out until I missed my wife's medical appointment. They also kept me parked at truck stops without pay for extended periods. I was available to drive but no jobs were coming in on the tablet. I both called and texted through the tablet and was put off every time.
Do not accept a position with this company.

Absolutely nothing. No communication, didn't receive the pay that was promised. And they'll bring you to orientation, you will pass EVERYTHING.... AND they reserve the right to send you home. This happened to a lady that was in my orientation. Horrible. I should have walked away when witnessing this treatment
