I have been with the company for over a decade, and the culture has changed dramatically — especially since COVID.Earlier in my career here, leadership invested heavily in clinicians and teams. We were flown to annual summits, encouraged to build relationships, and made to feel valued and connected to the mission. There was a sense that people mattered.Over the past several years, that culture has been replaced by relentless cost-cutting and metric-driven decision-making. Everything now feels optimized for profit rather than quality, sustainability, or clinician well-being.Frontline clinicians are expected to absorb system failures, technology issues, inappropriate scheduling, and patient disengagement — all while being held accountable for completion metrics that are increasingly disconnected from reality. Support functions are siloed, incentives are misaligned, and responsibility is consistently pushed downstream.The work has become more about throughput and documentation than care. Flexibility exists on paper, but the day-to-day experience is emotionally draining and unsustainable.
