Large organization with many different business organization, technologies, products, and roles. It is a great place to develop your career and learn a lot.
Cons
Large organizations typically come with a lot of administration steps, there is paper work (digital) for every possible thing you can imagine. It can take considerable time away from the actual work and can be a demotivator.

Micromanaged, even though it was online had to limit time away from computer like bathroom breaks. There were issues with people taking “too many” bathroom breaks. Some of the Subject matter experts were unhelpful and hung up on you if they didn’t feel like helping you.
