I was lucky to have an excellent fitness manager and cool coworkers. Overall relaxed atmosphere. I did like the simplicity and nature of the work.

Working with the public Low PayDifficult to cancel and sometimes members will take it out on you (heard that’s changing soon though)Members that harass, berate, and break rules get too many chances. Corporate is hesitant to ban people and back you up even with cameras.

Management forces you to stay til the next person comes in, evening shift ppl never did their job and everything would pile up over night, management didn't care about mother's needing a private space and appropriate amount of time to pump, customers would dedicate in the showers just because they don't like ppl that work there, equipment was never fixed, management use to treat the black ppl differently than the Hispanic ppl, manager would give a bigger section to the black ppl to clean, manager used to make me do things a manager was suppose to do
