Pros

Good hours and good management

Cons

It’s an okay job horrible pay

Great place w incompetence as it's middle management

01/09/2026 - Arizona City, AZ

Pros

Good pay, if you're good at sales. But everything is outsourced to Columbia as of 2026. Incredibly flexible hours. Remote, you'll never feel like you take your work home with you

Cons

The worst possible version of employee to employer relations. Ego drives the decisions of middle management. Many have been promoted to incompetence. There is no room for growth, not an exaggeration. The people that have been there have been there for 15 to 30 years, and are way too comfortable doing nothing.

Cons

Environment good, pay bad

11/09/2025 - Mars, PA

Pros

Feeling like a family rather than just coworkers

Cons

Low pay and raises are not based on performances

Toxic work environment and lack of respect for employees

11/16/2025 - Miami Beach, FL

Pros

They hire quickly and the recruitment process is very fast. The interviews are smooth, and they offer opportunities for people with customer service experience.

Cons

The training process was unprofessional and abusive. I was assigned to different properties with no proper guidance and asked to clean entire buildings instead of being trained for customer service tasks. Some managers constantly disrespected me, mocked my English accent, and left me alone without support. I witnessed bullying, unsanitary conditions, and a complete lack of empathy from supervisors. When I reported issues to the district manager, no action was taken — instead, I was blamed. The workload was excessive, the environment toxic, and I was treated like a cleaner, not as a Customer Service Self storage manager in training.

Worker bees feeding the queen Joe

04/23/2025 - Spring, TX

Pros

It’s not constant face to face interaction with customers like with retail or restaurant. There is SOME downtime. Company housing is super affordable.

Cons

It doesn’t matter how much you bend over backwards for your position, for your boss, for your bosses boss. You are still a worker bee at the end of the day, working your tail off for upper management and stockholders to get a fat check. I was commended time and time again by higher management for pulling off the impossible or going above and beyond, but it’s all just their mental manipulation to keep you satisfied at their unethical pay rate. A pay rate that at least guarantees you to qualify for government benefits like Medicaid and foodstamps.

Great company and benefits

04/24/2025 - Fairfax, VA

Pros

Love working for the management team

Cons

On call 7 days a week

Not great pay and working multiple locations

04/24/2025 - null

Pros

Some of the employees are great to work.

Cons

Working multiple locations in one day. Sometimes it's really busy and a lot for only one person in the office especially if your working a split.

Destroying the Culture from Within

04/24/2025 - Los Angeles, CA

Pros

No late nights. Paid time off.

Cons

Multiple locations make standards impossible to meet. Focus on customer experience is rapidly deteriorating. Pushing the office team out of the office and into 70% outside cleaning is not "helping Customer service", the focus of the company has deteriorated during my time there.
