12/22/2025 - Huntington Beach, CA

Pros

Cool employees, since management doesn't want to give me the proper tools to work i do nothing all day, and we have some employee BBQ

Cons

Horible management, nitpicking, bi weekly pay, low pay for the freezer

Worth a shot but not for everyone.

12/14/2025 - Mesa, AZ

Pros

Plenty of variety in positions, opportunities for advancement. Union shop, comes with health insurance and dental.

Cons

Very physical work. Bulk quantities mean heavy stock. Footprint is small for sales volume so very little downtime.Management can be inconsistent. Facilities need repair, and equipment is often down, slowing processes

There are better starting roles

12/22/2025 - Anaheim, CA

Pros

They hire on the spot

Cons

-Extremely toxic work environment. Managers can be heard yelling from down the hall or getting chewed out or chewing someone else out.-Nobody trains you or prepares you for anything. Then blame you for being incapable and being slow-Upper management. Treat the workplace like high school. They have their gossip circles which they don't hide.-Extremely high turnover. When I got hired, a former co-worker had told me 3 people at their department quit at once...Red flag ignored

Yep

11/17/2025 - Philadelphia, PA

Pros

They hire anyone. Union is decent.

Cons

They hire literally anyone due to very high turn over. Biased for sure and lots of drama. Some mgmt is great. Others not so much

Miserable, hostile, and broken.

11/15/2025 - San Jose, CA

Pros

If you've done some time, you will be in a familiar environment. If you are attentive, you may observe the business operations equivalent of an alligator death-roll and apply that insight somewhere where you will have the agency to improve systems and maybe even use the restroom or see the sky in daylight without permission.

Cons

There is excrement on the walls, customers are understandably irate, policy forces both staff and management to prioritize avoiding consequence over performing to their capabilities, every system is cumbersome and inefficient, trust and respect are nowhere to be seen. For example, a cashier may not open the till, void items, process discounts, access the ill-conceived inventory management software, do many basic POS tasks, or even conclude a transaction. Managers must be summoned to perform these tasks, as a cashier with this company is apparently only trusted about 1/100th as much as a gas station attendant. Branch management is socially inept, rude, and transparently self-interested. Non-management is unionized, but 315 does not seem to have any teeth. 12-15 hours of your day may be dedicated to this enterprise.

No money

03/05/2025 - Norcross, GA

Pros

Not many perks to this job

Cons

Not enough money, not a good company

Great place to work

02/15/2025 - Fort Myers, FL

Pros

Regular set schedule with overtime

Cons

Slow when season is over

Not a lot of opportunity for growth

12/12/2024 - College Point, NY

Pros

Good for entry level opportunities to develop skills

Cons

Outdated technology and management structure

Exhausting job

11/09/2024 - Everett, MA

Pros

Plenty of hours, you can work. They're desperate for workers. I wonder why ?

Cons

They're cheap. Payrate is low, for all that hard work . No perks, while working, except for breaks. Management is miserable. Big head Tony, who does nothing from Corporate.

Unhealthy work environment

11/03/2024 - Chicago, IL

Pros

The co-workers and work friends. Most of the staff are really nice people.

Cons

Unrealistic goals from management. You will be constantly putting out fires while trying to complete your basic day to day task. while getting prepared for meetings and being surprised by VP’s requesting for project to be completed because they neglected the email and give you the information the day before it’s due. Also you will be fighting with logistics for freight rates in a timely fashion or they forget to pick up your loads from time to time. Also the a large portion of the 60+ stores you’re handling will not be functioning properly. They will show inventory for weeks but in actuality you will have no stock on hand . You will see 0 sales for weeks. After you email or call to request them to fix the problem it. They sometimes still will not fix the issue. They neglect running the not sold since report and pencil whip the information. You will be fighting with the cross dock team who handles inventory control for your storage. Your numbers in the system will be wrong. You will think you have product however you don’t. When you request for the item to be fixed you will be waiting months for it to be resolved. Overall just unprofessional. Other departments not being held accountable.

Ask a lot of questions.

11/05/2024 - Brooklyn, NY

Pros

The hours are really good.

Cons

Salary stinks over hourly paid people

Not worth it

11/24/2024 - Waterbury, CT

Pros

No pros for this job unless ur a felon. They even hire rapist (I worked with 2 of em)

Cons

Pay is disrespectful& hours get cut without notice. & mind you this is a union job but they pay less than McDonald's. I was there for 9 months & seen 20 people quit/fired. & 90% of the people hired are felons which says alot.

Worst Job experience I've ever had

07/03/2025 - Anaheim, CA

Pros

Its a job...paid extremely little, and not a good job. but a job nonetheless

Cons

The toxic environment, the coworkers that seem defeated, the upper management that you would hear weekly yelling at people in the halls. They Blame and do not train anyone. rather you were trained on something or not....its still your fault, they need someone to blame this environment on, and 99% of the time its the new person.

Lots of overtime

06/17/2025 - Brooklyn Park, MN

Pros

Lots of overtime if u like the pay

Cons

Lots of turnover, bad customers, work u till u quit
