I do like that they have a 401k, but thats pretty much it.
Cons
They will underpay you, take advantage of you, no incentives for raises unless you are union. They will use you in all departments but can't compensate for the extra work that you do. Also the insurance and benefits are garbage.

All the hours you want, as I worked almost 60 weekly on hourly. Great chance for progression if you work hard.
Cons
Low hiring standard. Many of my co-workers were convicted sex offenders or on probation/parole for drug related offenses. High demand for a relatively low paying job.
