Cons
Raises are based on your Locations Sales Volume - money is allocated to the Location based on sales and management has to spread that amongst all staff - Corporate also dictates an increase percentage cap

Enough foot traffic to get a $1000-$1500 per month easy when you first start.

Toxic environmentEmployees in all job positions are disgruntled. Coworkers often fight with each other in the office. High turnover means that customers are often angry because they were never helped or kept in contact with. Training is terrible. Managers are unqualified.Corporate requires all counselors to work on days that quota isn’t yet reached.

The families are the silver lining.
Cons
I worked for this company for years. The demands of the job increased with each year with absolutely no increase in salary. They expect you to be available 24 hours a day. The only rewards seem to come when upselling families with products or services that a family may not want or need. Every location is understaffed. Upper management is absolutely unbearable. The best day of my life was the day I walked off the job to avoid a nervous breakdown.

Senior management gets rid of people when “they” are failing instead of helping. He is never around- to busy in fun outside of work. No training. Ask the managers. No guidance, suppirt- let you fail unless your a friend
