My name is Michelle and I have been a dental assistant for 24 years. I truly love my job. I’m part of an amazing team that gets to take care of our patients. Our office manager is very knowledgeable with all insurances. She always has a smile on her face and always very helpful to all of our patients. Our highly skilled hygienist don’t just clean teeth. They provided educational and clinical services to all our patients. I work with reliable, hardworking and caring dental assistances. I am grateful that our dentists are, highly educated, compassionate and dedicated in providing quality dental care. The Smile Brands company, truly cares about their employees and all of our patients. I just don’t work at a dental office. I work with my extended family. If you’re looking for a job in dentistry, this is the place you wanna be.

It is a great place to work, we have an ideal work environment and the company provides us with everything we need to perform our activity excellently, there is continuous training and many benefits. The company supports me in all aspects.I am really grateful and happy to be part of this company .

I would like to have more vacations but that affects my productivity, it is my decision not to take much time off. I would also appreciate that my staff and me would get the next day holiday off. I was not too happy that they took away our day off after thanksgiving. I feel me and the staff should feel appreciated and have a chance to get a day off.
