I would not recommend this office as a place to grow your career.During my employment, I felt there was a significant lack of consistency and accountability within leadership. The office manager and lead dentist held employees to very high standards, but in my experience, those same standards were not always applied equally to leadership. The lead dentist, lead assistant, and office manager have a close personal relationship, which I felt contributed to an environment where accountability was not applied consistently. Other employees could be pulled into the office for verbal warnings or written up for mistakes, while I did not observe the same level of accountability when mistakes involved leadership.Employee turnover was also concerning. During this year alone, I saw five employees leave, including an assistant, receptionist, treatment coordinator, general dentist, and now me a hygienist. In my opinion, the management and work environment contributed significantly to that turnover.One incident that particularly concerned me occurred when the lead dentist received an “emergency massage” during working hours. Staff were on the clock, and a patient was ultimately turned away during that time. Office manager witnessed everything and let it happen. I found this extremely unprofessional.I also experienced what I felt was an unequal distribution of opportunities between hygienists. On numerous occasions, I noticed patients originally scheduled with me being moved to the senior hygienist’s schedule without an explanation or even informing me of the change. This affected my opportunities and contributed to my concerns about fairness within the office.There were people I enjoyed working with, but overall, I did not feel this office provided an environment where employees were treated consistently or given equal opportunities to grow. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location as a workplace.

Dental coverage is good. They definitely take care of your smile. However it has to be within their clinics. If you need a speciality provider for let’s say extractions- good luck. You’ll be going outside and paying full out of pocket

Extremely disorganized, zero communication from upper management unless they need something from you, no guidance, policies are lacking to help you navigate through a system. Messy messy messy. Did I mention terrible communication? Pay is very low.Benefits:Health insurance is terrible. They almost cut your HSA match in half. They do not match your 401kShort/long term disability is out of YOUR pocket. PTO? Good luck. Very little offered, and it doesn’t grow much while you put your years in. Most staff have to use it towards holidays. You will be overworked.

Managers are just pushed to do more productions and no one cares about patients and they just want to take money from the patients . How is this company surviving no idea . No support or help from anyone . As long as you make money for them no matter what and how you treat they don’t care . They like dentists who create multiple tx on a single tooth from filling to crown to rct to implant in few years time . Clinic even does not carry emergency medicine .

Be ware; if you leave, there will be a very large bill for Extended Insurance Coverage (Tail insurance). They only cover your malpractice insurance while employed. You pay for future claims and cover the company as well.No support, no marketing, lots of promises and poor management.
