If you hand in your notice letter, they will not pay you in line with your contract.They will leave your HMRC PAYE tax account with fraudulent information.They will bully you & pressure you to do things that you are not obliged to as an employee. Everything written here has been documented & recorded as proof.

If you’re a male and over the age of 40 and not a POC good luck, they will hire someone who has no experience to be an executive chef. Or have one that will belittle and harass but nothing is done to them. Work night shift , company just took away the weekend and night shift differential. Watch all the new hires get all the hours while older employees get hours cut. Location I’m at can’t train a soul, more worried about paperwork than teaching staff how to actually cook and do their jobs. Also management will alter hours and find reasons to fire if you bring it up.

Does not provide the same support to management level staff as they do front line. Will work you out if you don’t band aid situations to make them look good. Not all higher leaders want actual fixes.
